Brief Answer:
Suspecting an ENT-related condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. You have provided some very important information in your query which almost completely directs us in the correct direction to diagnosing the cause for your condition.

Your symptoms are:

+Headaches
+Pressure when changing posture
+Ringing in ears (called tinnitus)

These symptoms direct us towards a possible ear abnormality with conditions like:

+Meniere's disease
+Labyrinthitis
and a few other conditions.

I would recommend a visit to an ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialist, who would be able to accurately examine and diagnose you sir. I do not think this is a cause for concern or stress sir. Please stop worrying and simply schedule an appointment with an ENT specialist who would be able to help you for sure.

I do not think this is an aneurysm at all as your CT scan returned a normal result and also because your blood pressure is normal. I hope you find my response helpful and would like you to know that you can write back to me for any further clarifications at any time. I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
