Brief Answer:
tiredness is common with heart problems .

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I can understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that feeling of sickness and tiredness is very common symptoms suggestive of initial heart problems .
Apart form this you may have breathlessness on exertion, palpitations and swelling over feet etc.
Based on information that you have given to me this seems that your heart has dysfunction in its working and it is only pumping about 25% of blood , which is normally more than 60%.
This has so many causes but end result is cardiac dysfunction .
To manage this you need constant supervision of a cardiologist . There are certain medicines that has mortality benefits that they prolongs life, in this condition and that need to be taken regularly . Some times with medicines heart can regain it's power of pumping blood effectively .
So in my opinion you again consult your cardiologist and get your treatment started without any delay .
Hope this will help .
If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
