                                    Brief Answer:
Serum Prothrombin time
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand that your son is diagnosed with Hepatitis A Acute infection. This is self-limiting.
Since all other reasons for hepatitis were ruled out you should not worry more about it.
The parameters were high SGOT, SGPT and direct bilirubin. They take time to subside.
My query is whether he needs any other investigation right now.
He does not require any major other tests other than the ones mentioned above.
You can better get Serum prothrombin time now and after one week.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
