Brief Answer:
Blood pressure is high

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A blood pressure reading of 200/100 is considered very high, and values of 170/100 are still elevated. If her blood pressure remains consistently high, it can put her at risk for various health problems, including heart disease, stroke, and kidney damage.

The medications she is currently taking, Olmesar H and Aten 25, are commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Olmesar H is a combination of olmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide, which helps to lower blood pressure, and Aten 25 is atenolol, a beta-blocker that also reduces blood pressure.
The throbbing headache she experiences when sitting to pass urine could potentially be related to increased blood pressure .
