Brief Answer:
possible.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having ear discomfort.

Yes. Humidity will have effect on middle ear pressures and Eustachian tube with its dusty ducted air.

An air conditioner or ducted air conditioner is a major home appliance today across the world to change the temperature and humidity levels inside a room.

Often at the end of the summer months, dust and dirt can sit within the ducting of your ducted heating system or any problem related to air filters can also changes humidity.

I suggest you to have a periodic check and replacement of filthy or dirty filters, regular cleaning of ac vents helps in solving the problem.

Kindly evaluate for deviated nasal septum, allergic rhinitis for early healing of post grommet perforations of ear drum.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
