Question : I have a indentation on my breast it a straight line when i touch it it feels like a hard line as the shape of the indentation not round is this possibly breast cancer

Hello dear, you are right in having a doubt about the possibility of Cancer.
You need to get the affected area examined by an experienced surgeon and in case there is no lump palpable then get ultrasound of the affected Breast.
In case all your tests are normal then take a course of tablet lyser D thrice a day for 5 days.

What can it be aside cancer and does it sound like cancer

In case there is no lump palpable then chances of cancer are very less, almost negligible.
But still it is very important to get this symptom evaluated properly.
The clinical picture as narrated by you can be due to some local swelling or a cancerous lesion.
So proper check up is of paramount importance.
