                                            Question : My son is 2 week and 5 days old and his cord came out 2 days ago and it's look red with little bit yellow discharge and what should I do?

The area appears infected and inflamed. Dry clean it with local povidobe diluted solution. Local Mycitracin gel which contains triple antibiotics combination along with lignocaine should be applied 4 times daily for a week.
Most likely it will resolve within 48 hours. If it worsens or there is an associated fever then oral antibiotics may be required in addition to the topical therapy.
