Brief Answer:
worth a try

Detailed Answer:
It is called Avastin. It is a relatively new medication which is so called target therapy and it shows some interesting results in some types of cancers including ovarian. It is also, not easy to predict the effect and it may range from very good response to no response. It cant completely cure the disease but may slow down progression for 6-12 months if there is good response.

In this particular case, if HIPEC cant be performed then Avastin is reasonable option since it has less side effect comparing to some other chemotherapy protocols and may include nausea, headache and loss of apetite. Some serious side effects are rare.

As I said, this is very serious disease, and when there is extraovarial metastasis the disease is almost always incurable and only palliative measures can be performed. There are some cases of complete cure after HIPEC or long term survival (more than 5 years) but this is very uncommon and HIPEC usually prolong life for 2 years averagely if surgery was successful.
