Brief Answer:
yes you can take flomax or cialis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You are having urinary flow problem due to enlarged prostate or a condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia. Flomax contains tamsulosin and cialis contains tadalafil. Tadalafil is mostly used to treat erectile dysfunction and also relieves symptoms of enlarged prostate. Whereas tamsulosin now-a-days is solely used in benign prostatic hyperplasia. It gives patients symptomatic relief.
Both of these drugs have some precautions with tadalafil having more problems. It is not to be used in patients taking nitrates for heart problem, also use is restricted in kidney and liver problems too. So keeping these in mind, you can take Cialis but you can also very well continue with Flomax. And yes, restrict dosage of cialis to 10mg as your doctor suggested.
One more thing, don't take both the medicines together as they can have serious side effects on blood pressure when taken together.

You can discuss the above with your treating doctor and decide accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
