                                            Question : Yes, I was prescribed to take clindamycin hcl 300 mg one cap a day.I have an infection on my middle finger but it is going away. I forgot to tell the doctor that I have IBS. Should I continue to take this medicine.

3. Are you taking any medicine for IBS ?

                                    Yes I already started the Cylindamicin and I am taking medicine for my IBS and it is under control.

Well then there is no problem, continue clindamycin and if the course of clindamycin is more than 5 days then you need to take Probiotics also .
