Question : My 6 year old has bad allergies and I have her benadrly an hour ago and she's still coughing, can I give her some of the cough medicine with codeine that was also prescribed to her now?

You can give - but itmaight make her drowsy

Hi....YOu can give the medicine - no contraindication. But It might make her a bit drowsy.

In-fact I advise you to continue with Benadryl alone as it will take care of her cough also.
