Question : my wife aged 27 is using code soft tablets for soften and relieve pain in the breast as per doctor's suggestion. now we are planning to conceive and heard that code soft contains evening primrose which is not recommended when trying to conceive. please if we should continue code soft or not? is there any alternative?

Hello sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes evening primrose oil is not indicated while trying to conceive so better discontinue at the earliest and skip one cycle of periods and then plan pregnancy so as to let the effect go from body.
Give her vitamin E tablet once a day for 3 months from now (safe in pregnancy also so continue if she conceives in between)
It is very effective so she will feel better.

her period is due in 2 days. it usually lasts for 5 days. so, is it fine to plan pregnancy after 7 days.

No dear, skip next whole cycle and then try to conceive.
And start taking folic acid tablets which are good as preconceptional vitamins and helps in good formation of baby.
