Hi XXXXXXX thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Dart contains Acetaminophen, Propylphenazone and caffeine. All these salts can cause various side effects like

Common side effects which can occur even with usual dose (I prescribe twice daily in adult patient after evaluation)
: Loss of sleep
: Excessive urination
: Gastric burning/nausea and sometimes vomiting
: Allergy can occur with any drug

Side effects which usually occurs after prolonged use or high dose
: Kidney damage
: Tremors
: Anxiety, palpitation, tachycardia (Fast heart rate)
: Gastric ulcer, bleeding or perforation
: Brain damage if taken in case of overdose

So before you start, consult doctor.
Get routine blood investigations done. Also try to avoid taking it in night.
Take tablet Pantoprazole after proper prescription if you have gastritis problem.
