May I know why did you chose to take this new supplement? Are you protein deficient or on body building program?
Protein powder is good to take but it has to be very slow. Any change in nutritional status would impact the menstruation.
Not only that if you have a physical activity then it can also affect the menstrual.
If you are slowly changing nutrition the body gets acclimatized and so is the brain towards the release of hormones.
