Question : Can true insomniacs (i have had it ALL my life) benedit from the same meds that blind persons with non-24 benefot from?
Hello. The medication--Hetlioz--is a melatonin receptor agonist. In other words it works in the same way melatonin does to induce sleep. It's worth a try for you but if you've tried melatonin and that wasn't effective it isn't likely that Hetlioz would help
