Question : I have an abases tooth will it hurt me to take 4 ibupohen every three hours after 3 hours the pain is back full force just till I get to dentist tomorrow

Rather than ibuprofen, you may try using Aleve naproxen 5 mg one or two tablets together as required for relief. Preferably take it with your stomach full.
