Brief Answer:
Unlikely to have withdrawal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Taking postpone 72 just before periods is unlikely to cause any further withdrawal bleeding due to hormonal changes.
However, the next periods can be delayed by 2-3 weeks due to the hormonal effect of the emergency contraceptive pill.
Chances of pregnancy are nil.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
