Does Intake Of Nexium Cause Nausea?

Question : I was taking pantroprazole for gerd and it wasnt helping. So i switched to 40mg of Nexium and it almost completely took away the burning i got from gerd but now i am nauseous throughout most if the day. What should i do? Is this the nexium that is causing this?
