Hello,

oxycodone and tramadol (ultram) are both opioids. Using two opioids won't get you better results regarding pain. You can use one of them in a higher dose instead. Please keep in mind that your doctor should decide the best dosage for you. Using both also increases the potential for serious side effects like seizures.
