Question : I am taking Tamsulosin HCL 0.4 Mg capsule once a day. I am experiencing an appearance of brused testicles. is this bad?

Tomsulosin can not cause bruising of Testicles .

You have been taking Tomsulosin for urine flow problem and noticed bruising of he testicles .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you Diabetic?
2) Is bruising associated with fever ?
3) Is there pain in testicles ?

Please note that bruising of the testicles is no way due to Tomsulosin .
