Question: Hi

My 7 tear old daughter's intialy 2 front lower teeth fallen fiwn and permanent came. After that 2 adjacent to canine lower fallen but not replaced by permanent one 1 year passed. Again upper front one teeth fallen and we can feel sharp edge after 3 month but it is not still clearly visible.

I am giving calcium syrup also. Worried if same will hapoen to other teeth as well.

I have read your query and gone through image you have attached . As far as I have observed your daughter has slight eruption buldge in upper central incisor region and your daughters lateral incisor is missing in image . There is nothing to be worried at this age for both upper and lateral incisors . As age of eruption of permanent central and lateral incisor is 7 -8 years. So for this I will suggest you wait for few months and if tooth doesnt erupt then consult Pedodontist for Intraoral periapical radiograph to rule out the cause .
Inmeantime maintain good oral hygiene . Give her green leafy vegetables . Takecare of her diet .
