Question : Good morning SHAIR my wife monthly date is November 7 but in October 28,29&30 in date one drop are lik in threre day and monthly are not clear in this month so I chaked his pegerines in stick that is negetive so what can I do i want stop pergnet nice and monthly is clear which medicin she use

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Irregular menstrual cycle can be due to so many causes but before giving my opinion about it, I would like to ask a few questions from you.
What about her previous 2-3 months cycle?
Is there any associated symptoms?
Is she having thyroid or any other medical problem?
Is she taking any medication?
Any type of vaginal discharge?
Have you done unprotected sex?

In privies monthly are clear but in October after monthly are problem and she has taken wan wanted 72 medicin one time after their problem are started she has not any other medical problem I have do unprotected sex please tell me which medicin use

Hello Sir,
Her period irregularities maybe due to hormonal imbalance caused by unwanted -72( i-pill) and no treatment required right now.
Her period problem resolve by its own after 2-3 cycles.
She should have a healthy and nutritious diet with a lot of water.
She can consume green tea.
Wait and watch for her menses,if period delayed by 7 days from her expected period date,than get her pregnancy test done( though the chances are quite low).
So do not take stress,it will further disturbed her menstrual cycle.

She may not be pregnant.

Hello Sir,
She may not be pregnant this time, period is most likely disturbed due to i-pill.
You can put tea bags in warm water to make green tea.
If you had unprotected sex and want to avoid pregnancy, give her i-pill within 72 hrs.after unprotected sex but better to use regular method of contraception to avoid pregnancy.
Frequent use of i-pill is not advisable.
