Question : does jaundice affect sperm count and the colour is slightly yellow?by when does it become normal?

Yes, altered liver function , altered testosterone levels and related hypoproteinemia can affect sperm count.

Once jaundice is recovered and liver function tests come back to normal, you should expect to sperm count and color of semen to start going back to normal in roughly 6 weeks.
