                                    Brief Answer:
No risk of procedure related brain haemorrhage
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxx,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cryotherapy using freezing is recommended therapy for keratosis. Most commonly liquid nitrogen is used.
There is no risk of brain haemorrhage due to this procedure as it only has superficial effect on skin and subcutaneous tissue.
Brain is well protected inside a hard bony structure called skull.
No need to worry just be watchful for the lesion which scabs and heal in few weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further queries.

thank you for getting back to me. my friend told me that anything done around your temple is bad and I was worried. then thought wouldn't an experienced doctor know that? then worried about it for an hour before asking here. and when the cold stuff hit my skin (that's what brought up conversation) it started burning and stinging.

                                    Brief Answer:
no risk of procedure related brain haemorrhage
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Burning and stinging sensation due to cold application is normally related to loss of small nerves around the lesion. They may not have any ill effects. The procedure may lead to mild hypo pigmentation of skin.
Consult your treating dermatologist if very much concerned.
All will be good.
Hope you recover early.
