Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and these patches are looking like ecchymotic patches.
It is due to leakage of blood in the skin.
It usually occurs due to thinning of skin with age or due to minor trauma.
Nothing needs to be done for these as they will disappear in few days.
Just apply calamine lotion on the patches twice daily.
