I have undergone ECG check, it shows LAHB, kindly opine. is it a serious condition , does it require immediate surgery what to do now?

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your ECG is suggestive of left axis deviation which generally doesn’t require any treatment as it is normal in many people.

It’s advisable for you to get an Echocardiography done as a basic cardiac investigation.
