Brief Answer:
not related to other problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Loss of cervical lordosis means that your cervical spine has lost its normal curvature. This can be due to arthritis or disc disease. This can cause neck pain and stiffness. This can be improved somewhat with physical therapy. The loss of cervical lordosis does not cause the other problems that you mention. It should have no effect on your breathing. It may make your blood pressure go up slightly if you are in pain but over the long term would not worsen or cause hypertension. It should have no effect on abdominal issues.
Regards to you,
Dr. Robinson
