Does Low Dose Of Amisulpride Cause Phobia?

Question : I am on Keppra 1000mg as mood stabilizer, Klonopin 2mg, Lexapro 5mg and Amisulpride (Solian) 100mg. I would like to know if dopaminergic activity of amisulpride at low dosage can cause symptoms like a kind of phobia/obession, because i don't like to see open windows of cars in the streets. It's worse when i take amisulpride 200 mg and i've been told than amisulpride at 300 mg can cause some OCD symptoms. This strange phobia can be due to dopaminergic activity in mesolimbic system because amisulpride in a low dosage and an imbalance with Lexapro? My psychiatris think that i should take a higher dosage of Lexapro then.

Amisulpride at 100 mg is useful in depressive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia by acting on serotonergic systems. So it is not likely cause phobia or obsession on that dose.You can confirm it by stopping or decreasing the dose of amisulpride.
No significant interaction between solian and lexapro.
Increase in dose of lexapro can help in those features. So your psychiatrist is telling right that lexapro dose shouldbe increased.
