It is not true that if you masturbate a lot that you will have problems sexually with a female partner. You have to understand that masturbation is a normal human activity that has no permanent effect on our body functions. It is still not clear how much per week of masturbation is allowed but generally around 2-3x of ejaculation per week is safe as long as it is done in a private manner and it doesn't interfere with your day to day activities.
