Question : I have these random little cuts on my penis. the one on the tip has taken quite some time to heal. and now I see I have others a few weeks later. I read masturbation can have a lot to do with this?

I have read your query and seen the uploaded image. It seems like superficial genital ulcers.

Are you sexually active? Did you recently have unprotected sexual intercourse with anyone? Masturbation does not cause this kind of a picture. It causes more of friction like problem.

In my view, it is most probably genital ulcer, that could be because of various reasons like Syphilis, herpes, chancroid, LGV, Chlamydia.
