Psychiatric medicines from SSRI group like escitalopram or fluoxetine can cause sexual dysfunction.

Your problem seems to be erectile dysfunction(ED).

You are recently married, was doing masturbation regularly and having no smoking and alcohol habits.All factors suggest you do not have any serious physical problem and mostly your problem will be psycho sexual.
It may be part of your depression.

Bupropion is an anti depressant and it is one of the medicines used for depression which does not cause sexual side effect.
Tetrafol plus is multivitamin which is indicated in erectile dysfunction.
So your medicines are ok and not responsible for your problem, rather they may help.

Q1. Does this deficiency worsen the situation?.

Q3. Will there be any side effects in using tentax royal and confido(plz suggest precautions if any
Ans:Not likely any side effect. Take daily one tablet after dinner.

Q4. Is this the same reason(ED) for not able to send the semen strongly into female counterpart which results in most of white semen spill nearby or outside counterpart.
Ans:No it may be premature ejaculation in which male ejaculates early before the female partner reaches orgasm.This problem is responsible for semen spilling outside

Q5. Sometimes I find my white discharge very very thick(not at all fluid in nature) that it will stick back on my organ and the same semen(discharge) doesn't go inside the opposite part.
Ans: Semen is thick when it comes out.It can go inside only when you ejaculate deep inside vagina directly.It liquify after sometime. So this part is normal.


Q6. Sometimes i feel my organ is not lubricated enough(top skin would not be pulled back automatically as I feel there was no lubrication in my organ) so that i feel friction is too high with high discomfort in doing the intercourse, Any reason ?
Ans:Your foreskin may not get retracted completely and problem of phimosis may be there if retraction is painful.It may require manual retraction exercise or minor surgery called circumcision if needed.
