                                    Brief Answer:
You can try after egg rupture
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) You don't need to take medroxyprogesterone acetate ( MPA) as it is not advisable while trying for pregnancy.
2) You can use home pregnancy test one week after missed periods that is around 27th November.
3) You can have sexual intercourse after egg rupture. This will improve chances of pregnancy.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
It's corpus luteum
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It's not LL. It's CL meaning Corpus Luteum which happens after the egg rupture.
It's difficult to confirm pregnancy earlier but you can get serum beta hCG blood test done on 14 th November to check if it's positive.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

No diet restrictions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1) You can continue to have sexual Intercourse. But it may not lead to pregnancy as ovulation has already taken place and pregnancy could have been in process by now.
2) There are no additional precautions required.
3) No food restrictions.
4) She can drive bike.
5) Corpus luteum suggests only ovulation and not fertilization.
