Question : Hello, I have been recently been worrying about how i feel. I kind of feel like my thoughts are taking over me. I worry that its going out of control. I am not able to concentrate , not able to focus on anything for a long time. There are some days where in i feel good. But sometimes, these worrying thoughts about how i feel get over me and spiral into and make me feel low, and i keep worrying about it , thinking what would have happend to me and would i ever feel good. Recently , i was not able to concentrate while praying and also while working.. this made me overthink and made things worse. Could you give me a way to stop all this so that i feel normal again? Thanks

Brief Answer:
lack of concentration and anxiety may be due to vitamin/ mineral deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to health care magic,
Sometimes lack of concentration and anxiety may be due to vitamin and mineral deficiency.
It could also be due to thyroid deficiency
Please get--Haemoglobin, Vitamin B12, vitamin D and calcium levels done.
Meanwhile take a multivitamin, multimineral tablet daily
You can try --Ashwagandha and Ginseng (Himalaya)
Also you work alone. Go out for a walk twice a day and make friends while you walk. Spend time laughing with them.
If these do not help, then Fluoxetine 40 mg a day is ideal for you.
But first try other things I described. I recently had a lady being treated with heavy medication for your kind of symptoms and it turned out to be thyroid deficiency.

You can revert bck.
Regards
