Does Non-penetrative Sex Transmit HIV?

I had a sexual encounter with a local escort today, and I received only protected oral sex , but my penis did touch her skin, and I don't know, but some saliva might have gotten on my penis when I take the condom off. I read online that receptive oral sex puts me at almost no risk for hiv, but I'm very worried about getting Hepatitis or maybe other stds like syphilis etd, am I at risk? Should I get tested?
Please get tests for STD after 30 days and hepatitis B and C 6 months later
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. If you received protected oral sex then there is extremely less risk of HIV and you have read it right.
2. Hepatitis and STD risk is there but if you used condoms then the risk is less.
3. It is usually recommended to get tested for STD if you develop any symptoms like rashes and discharge from the penis. Most STD tests are accurate when done 30 days after the sexual event. Hepatitis B and C should be tested after 6 months to make sure you do not have it.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,

Thanks for answering my question. Is hepatitis very deadly like hiv? I heard a lot of people recover from it completely
Hepatitis B and C can occur in acute or chronic type
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. Hepatitis B and C can be of 2 types acute and chronic.
2. The acute type is seen to affect in 6 months from the infection and chronic type takes 20 years and many patients never have any significant problems and the virus level can be controlled.
3. Regular ultrasound abdomen is suggested every year with blood test to know viral loads if there is a chronic patient to monitor the hepatitis and they can live normally.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
