Question : hi my girlfriend's period usually comes from the 6th to the 8th.on the 19th,we were messing around and we rubbed our genitals for 5 minutes(no penetration,no ejaculation).on the 1st of the next month she started getting cramps until the 3rd then she started discharging brown blood.is she pregnant?
Brief Answer:
Not due to pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Just rubbing the genitals externally does not cause a pregnancy. The brown blood and cramps that she is having is due to impending period, The change in the flow pattern can happen due to some hormonal changes and stress and anxiety. Just relax and wait for another 2-3 days for proper bleeding to start. In case there is no bleeding then do get her urine tested for pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

thank you.she also stopped bleeding on the 7th is that normal?
Brief Answer:
Yes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If she had a normal bleeding during 4-6th then it is normal. In case there was only brownish discharge with no proper bleeding then pregnancy needs to be ruled out.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Chance of pregnancy is practically zero.
Detailed Answer:
If it was only a brown discharge with no fresh bleeding then it is best to do a pregnancy test at home and relax. The chances of pregnancy are practically zero. Stress and anxiety are the usual causes for such brownish discharge. Her next period should be normal. If she is virgin then she is not pregnant.
