Does Overdosed Azithral Have Any Side Effect?

Question: My child's pediatrician prescribed Azithral liquid 200 for my 6+ years daughter to be given once daily. By mistake I misread it and gave her 5 ml twice daily. Once in the morning and once in the night for the past three days. She seems to be fine with no side effects and behaving normally Do I need to consult doctor
