Does Pain Along The Urinary Tract Indicate An STD?

Question: I have been suffering from the above for more than 10 years.It comes and goes and when i visit a doctor i am referred to medical labs for urine tests but i always test negative to std's.This is irritating me so much as it comes and subsides and its alwas painful along the urinary tract.

Hello Docter,
It is continuosly painful along my penis towards my testicles and it is a burning pain, and it just comes and goes after some days.

I think you should get yourself examined by a neurologist if an ultrasound examination of the urinary tract is normal. You may get relief of your pain with Gabapentin.
