
Does Pain Along The Urinary Tract Indicate An STD?

Question: I have been suffering from the above for more than 10 years.It comes and goes and when i visit a doctor i am referred to medical labs for urine tests but i always test negative to std's.This is irritating me so much as it comes and subsides and its alwas painful along the urinary tract.
