Hi,

Diarrhea are usually due to viral illness which resolve spontaneously. However in your case since it's been four days now, I would prefer you see a doctor who can evaluate and perform stool tests (if necessary).

In the meanwhile, stay hydrated with lots of fluids and electrolyte solution. Start probiotics - yoghurt / probiotic supplements twice or thrice a day.
