Question : Hi, I have been nauseated on and off since yesterday morning. I threw up around 1am this morning and a couple hours after I threw up I started my period. I had been expecting my period but it's later than I expected it to be. I am sexually active and my partner and I only use the "pull out method". Is it possible that I'm pregnant? Or did I just catch a stomach bug at a weird time? My period never makes me sick.

The sickness that you were having prior to the period and a late period can be due to a chemical pregnancy. You may get a weak positive pregnancy test also. Now that the periods have started there is no need to worry. You will have your next period on time. However you should use a more sure method of contraception as pull out method has almost 8-10% failure rate.
