Question : I just had a colonoscopy and my doctor removed 2, 5mm sessile adenoma polyps. I’m 39. I know polyps can be precancerous, but does having them already at 39 put me at an increased future risk?

Initially every 2 years check colonoscopy has to be done.

As polyps have been found so prophylactically you have to go for a colonoscopy initially every 2 years followed by every five years
Yes as polyps are there so you have the genetics and risk of developing polyps in future.
