I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to adverse effects of the shots you have been given.

Ciprofloxacine can cause low potassium levels.

Other adverse effects such as muscular cramps, etc. are possible.

Coming to this point, considering your past medical history and your symptoms (chest pain and high blood pressure), I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests to investigate for the possible cause:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- a chest X ray study
- a complete blood count
- blood electrolytes
- CPK (muscular enzymes)
- liver and kidney function tests.

Based on the above test results, the further treatment options should be discussed.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
