Masturbating more than once a day is abnormally high. You should masturbate 2 - 3 times a week and also try to enjoy sex with your wife if married.

The sperm are manufactured in the testes. It is manufactured in very small quantities. So if you masturbate 3 to 4 times every day then there will not be enough sperms remaining in the ejaculate.

Doing masturbation 3 to 4 times a day can be called as addiction and can affect your daily work.
