Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The uterus is an organ in the female pelvis and is kept in place with ligaments and attachments. The cervix is in the lower part of the uterus and extends in to the vault of vagina.

The term rough sex is highly subjective however vaginal sex will not displace the uterus.

There can be discomfort due to rough sex in some individuals but it will not cause the uterus to move.
