Question : I am a very youthful and active woman of 89 in an orgasmic sexual relationship with a man in his late seventies. He has begun to worry that strong orgasms, which I have, might be dangerous for me at my age. I have diabetes, well controlled, but am otherwise healthy. Can I reassure him, or does he have a point?
