Question: I'm taking 40 mg of celexa and I don't know if I took my last dose or not.... it's been 4 hours since I usually take it... should I take one just in case? will i feel really bad if I forgot and don't take one until my next dose?

Brief Answer:
You may just take the next dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Celexa at 40mg is a high dose citalopram and it would be wise to skip the dose than to take a double dose. Most probably you might have taken the dose. If at all you have missed it would be wise to skip the dose and just proceed with the next dose. A single dose skipping will not effect your health status in any way. However taking it double can be bad for your health.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
