Question: Mom died May 2nd started snorting meth, pregnant may 12th and just found out today September 14th that I'm 19 weeks 5 days. Been using regularly but not huge quantities. Is it safe to have baby and the baby be fully developed?
I'm going to tell my doctor everything but afraid for babies health.

There are many problems that may occur with babies exposed to meth during pregnancy. It is important that you stop using immediately to avoid further risk to the child.
Tell your doctor about this use and try to stay as clean as you can during the rest of the pregnancy. There is a good chance that your baby will be fine if you stop now.
Ultrasound is important for identifying problems so see your obstetrician as soon as possible. You can discuss risk for the baby and alternative with the obstetrician. Make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins and eat a healthy diet. Seek counseling to help you stay off drugs during the rest of the pregnancy.

What does the attached mean

It just means that the sample was not a clean catch urine. This just means that there was some contamination of the specimen and so further work up would not be helpful.
You would need to give them another sample and make sure you follow the directions on the pre-wipe carefully for them to get a meaningful urine culture
