
Does Spinal Cord Injury Fall Under Neurological Disorder?

I am a Sci patient. After C5 & C6 injury, my full body has got paralysed. As per doctor's certificate, I am 100% permanent disable person.
I want to know, if I am falling under any of below mentioned diseases, to see if I can get income tax rebate under section 80DDB. Please confirm if I am falling under any of these disease? Do let me know in case you need any document from me?
Neurological Diseases:
(a) Dementia
(b) Dystonia Musculorum Deformans
(c) Motor Neuron Disease
(d) Ataxia
(e) Chorea
SCI does not fall under those five diseases
