Spraying some antifungal would not cause a delay in your periods.
If the pregnancy test is negative, there would be other reasons possible for it .
These reasons could be - stress, anxiety, weight gain, ingestion of hormonal medications, late nights, erratic eating habits etc.
If you do not have your period within a week more, you should consult a gynaecologist.
Please go for a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan and hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, DHEAS, free testosterone.
THis would rule out conditions like hypothyroidism, PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease ) , perimenopause etc.
