THIS IS XXXXXXX FROM XXXXXXX RECENTLY I READ A LOT ABOUT CORN FLAKES CAUSING LOW LIBIDO, SEXUAL DRIVE IN MEN. THEN I DID SOME RESEARCH ON THIS. AND VARIOUS ARTICLES ON THE NET STATED THAT THIS IS TRUE.
NOW MY QUESTION IS :-
OK. CORN FLAKES REDUCE SEX DRIVE. BUT DOES "SWEET CORN" [MAIZE] LOWERS LIBIDO AND SEXUAL DRIVE TOO??
I EAT SWEET CORN REGULARLY, ONE STICK AT A TIME. AROUND 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. IS IT SAFE TO EAT IT 3-4 TIMES A WEEK???
I HAVE BEEN UNDERGOING LOW TESTOSTERONE TREATMENT FOR SOME TIME NOW. MY DOCTOR IS OUT OF STATION, SO I CANT ASK HIM ABOUT THIS MATTER. THATS WHY I WANT A CORRECT PROPER ANSWER. I TRIED TO RESEARCH ALL OVER THE NET, BUT CANT FIND A PROPER ANSWER TO IT. SO I HOPE YOU WILL SOLVE MY QUESTION.

Corn flakes are supposed to cause low libido because they are tasteless.
On the other hand sweet or baby corn contains Arginine. It is useful in increasing sperm count and motility. It also increases blood supply for the proper erection. Overall it is good for health and no effect on libido.
You can continue with sweet corn. There is no need to worry and follow your doctors advise.
