Question : Hello doctor I have severe dry cough since yesterday . No flem no running nose ...feeling feverish . Kindly suggest antibiotic

Hi,
You can take Syrup TUSQ - D 10ml thrice a day.
You should sip and chew on one table spoon of honey whenever you have this kind of continous cough. You should swallow it very slowly.
Besides some home remedies help like tomato soup with pepper.
Do this for 24 hours and let me know how do you feel better.
